By accessing the Neurollect website or using Audread, AudLabs or any other Neurollect product or service (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful, educational and personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of them. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.
Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details secure. Prices, plans and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may change over time; changes will not affect a subscription you have already paid for.
Educational Content & AI
The Services provide educational material, simulations and AI-generated answers to support your learning. AI-generated content may contain mistakes or be incomplete, so please check important information against your textbooks and with your teachers. The Services are not a substitute for professional advice.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including the software, text, graphics, 3D models, videos and branding, are owned by Neurollect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal learning. You may not claim ownership of, sell or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may link to or depend on third-party platforms and websites, such as Google Play. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Availability & Updates
We work to keep the Services available and up to date, including features that work offline, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurollect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute that arises from them will be handled by the competent courts of Kenya.
